Hello, I am Jack.
Tracking has helped me see what certain foods have and what foods work for me. It has helped me get to a good weight for me and along with weight training has me feeling and looking fit. I am 6'1 and 175. My goal is to have a lean core and I think I can get there learning how many calories and what macro combinations to eat. Being consistent is key for me. I have much more to learn and look forward to any exchange of experience.
