It's a fact that by the end of February most people have given up on their "resolutions". I love that this thread keeps me accountable and look forward to increasing my hours. Its actually a fun, no pressure way to add up my weekly exercise totals...and see how I'm doing for the month.
I've added one hour. Exactly 60 minutes. My grand total is 13 hrs, 50 minutes. I could quibble and say I'm an hour short...or be proud that it's a HUGE improvement over February 2022. I choose the latter! Congrats to all who continue to meet and surpass your goals...you inspire me to keep going!!
