I have used this app in the past and it helped me immensely! Tracking meals and water really helped with staying accountable.

Now I’m back, with my first born… ready to take care of myself again. My dr said I am about 600 calories deficit while breastfeeding. Although my main goal is toning up the tummy as much as I can to get rid of the droopy mom pooch! If anyone has any recommendations such as exercise regimens, holistic care or diet let me know. I’m all ears !!
