Hello! Signing back up again. Lost some weight, but gained it all back so ready to get serious and motivated again. This app really helped me last time so hopefully I'll do just as good or even better.

    Welcome back!

    It's not about doing it just as good or better, it's about developing habits that you keep up forever so you don't gain it back. Maintaining weight loss is really the same as losing, just with a few more calories allowed. Focus on building those habits and figure how you'll keep doing them indefinitely.

    HI Andrea! how is everything going this week? I hope your motivations continuing strong. Mine is strong too. I am in the same situation than you, I am back again. Something that helps me, is to write down every single meal that I eat. that keeps me motivated for the day.
