Exercises for skinny guys to gain healthy muscles and weight

Can you please suggest me full body workout for a skinny guy.
His maintainance calories intake is 2500 and he take 3000+ calories daily. Suggest me some exercise to see results fast.

    Chicken wings and beer typically help me add mass.

    Rowing. Lots and lots of rowing. It hits almost everything all at once and will improve his cardio as well. Then, when he figures out what his actual goals are, he'll be in better shape for all sorts of exercises (explosive powerlifting, CrossFit, running, etc.) from the training on the erg.
