Hi I am new to this group. My nsme is louise,i have a long journey ahead of me. But i need to shed some weight befor i can have surgery on my foot/ankle. So excersie that envoles a long time standing or walking is limited for me. Really hopeing for some tips etc.
Has anyone got any good sites they use for mindfulness.
Or excersis that I can use to strengthen my upper core.
