I am 3 days into MyFitnessPal and excited about this new health journey I am embarking on. I am seeking accountability partners to develop the necessary discipline to reach my weight goals.

Seeking any advice and tips from individuals who have used this app post knee & tibia surgery.

    Hi bdavis. I am a returning member who has been lapsed for a while and am now rededicating myself to a healthier me. My goal is to lose about 15 pounds. I have been trying to keep under 1200 calories a day and some form of movement six days a week, either walking about two miles or doing some form of exercise for about 20-30 minutes.

    Hello I'm new to the messaging on MYFPal.Just need a little support once in a while.I did my fitness pal a couple of yrs ago a lost 42 lbs. For some reason I just stop doing it.Now its a matter of health reason it was then too .I've had both hips replaced and my knees are gone.Ive got where I can't hardly walk. Idon't want to be that old lady in the nursing home. So its time I get up even if it kills me.lol I've gain so much weight i don't even know this person in the mirror im looking @. This time I'm going to change all that. With God's help an this program i know that works im going to give it all I've got.God bless each of u going through this weight thing and I hope we can support each other.
