    I didn't make much progress from the 1st to the 31st in terms of scale weight, but my trend weight is down 1.8lbs, so that's something. My planking, walking, and strength training efforts have been pretty similar to last month and I've done much better at sticking to my calorie target, but still need to make big improvements there. I have pretty much abandoned my macro and fibre goals as I was finding it too restrictive, but I really need to focus on drinking more water and cutting back on alcohol.

I did not bring home any leftovers so today should be back to plan. I’m going to take a lazy day today. Lots of nothing. I’m just so exhausted lately. I definitely feel better in the 180’s than I do here in this hole I seem to be in.

    05/31-194.8-(Trend Weight 194.8)- This has certainly been a disappointing month for me. So many activities and celebrations which involved all the wrong foods! I gained 2.2 lbs. in May. Hopefully June will be better! Today I am traveling to a new movie theater much closer to my home than we usually have to go. It is 70-75 miles away each way and it is supposed to high-tech state-of-the-art. It boasts reclining seats, built-in food trays and high tech video and sound. I can’t wait to see The Little Mermaid today! I’m such a Disney nerd!
