Hello, I'm Darlene. I'm 62. I Married, and have one kid (28) and one pup (Monty), no grandkids. I have been retired since 2020. My husband was retired, but returned to work in January. Yesterday was rough. I suddenly became very ill and actually passed out. Iβve been feeling very tired all week but yesterday I was lightheaded and shaky and my legs felt like jello. And yes, I had eaten. I ended up in the ER and tested negative for everything, thank goodness. I came home and slept for 12 hours. This morning I feel a little better, not as shaky. Itβs likely stress or a medication side effect.

Thank you SO much everyone for the well wishes! It warms my heart. I am still not feeling great but better than Thursday. Lunch out today with my oldest DD. So nice to spend some time with her. Restaurants are definitely dream busters in my life but itβs a big week. My birthday and Motherβs day, all upcoming, so itβs going to be rough. If I could at least maintain this week I would be happyβ¦.
05/08-193.4-(Trend Weight 193.2)- It was a quiet day yesterday. I was exhausted after DGS left yesterday. 3 days of babysitting including overnights was tough on this old gal. I ate a bit too much at lunch yesterday with my daughter but I made up for much of it the rest of the day. No exercise. Layed on the couch most of the day trying to get my gumption back after minding my grandson! Much to do today!
