    My name is Kelly. I am 52 and watch my grandkids 5 days a week. I watch 4 of them 5 days a weeks and 6 on Wednesdays so I keep busy with babies all week. They are all 3yrs and under. I weigh weekly.

    It is intentional. I do my walk in the morning before the kids get here and I rack up 6000 steps. Then the rest of the day I try to do at least 1000 steps each hour of walking till I'm satisfied or just done....lol I have a large ranch house so I can do loops while the kids are here. But some of the steps I rack up definitely come from chasing the kiddos around. :p

I’ll try to choose carefully. Tomorrow is an art gallery and concert at the high school my grandchildren attend. I’ll be spending the evening with them. So many foodie things this week! No TMI yesterday or this morning. Otherwise a good day yesterday. I went to the school to walk with my son (like mall walking but no mall here). I ate within my budget.
