    May 21: 179.4 My (grown up) kid has been visiting for a long weekend of delicious treats, eating out, staying up late etc! Itโ€™s been lots of fun and very calorific, but Iโ€™m getting back on track today!
    May 28: 178.4 Slow going but moving in the right direction :)

    I weighed in this morning per my posted promise yesterday. I'll post my May results at the end of the month... and I plan to join in the Challenge again next month. It's just enough accountability to keep me a bit more honest!!

    My name is Donna. I am 63 years old and I live in the Midwest of the US. I am 5โ€™ 5โ€ tall.

    Start Weight (from April 30th, 2023 ): 192.6
    Goal Weight: 187.6 (5 pound loss)

    End of Challenge Weight: xxxxx
    Ultimate Goal Weight: 145-155 (Iโ€™ll know it when I get there!)



    Weight in blue makes me blue because itโ€™s a gain. Weight in fuchsia pink makes me feel cheery because itโ€™s a loss. Weight in black means no change.

    05/22-196.4-(Trend Weight: 195.0)- Ugh. Iโ€™ve had many challenges lately including an emergency room visit and illness, my birthday week and Motherโ€™s Day celebrations. But my main problem has been depression and just simply not putting the work in. It doesnโ€™t happen all by itself. Iโ€™ve got to pull myself together.

    05/29-194.8-(Trend Weight: 194.9)- Travel yesterday. A big family BBQ today for the U.S. holiday. Do the reasons to eat off plan ever end? This is supposed to be a day of honoring our fallen heroes. Not a day of stuffing my face with food! Thank you to our Veteran's who never made it home and to all who have served.

    You're very welcome. It definitely isn't any work at all - just some copy paste with a recurring reminder on my calendar. I don't know who originally started this challenge, but it's my very tiny way of giving back to something that helped me when I was starting on this journey.
