May 16: 113.4 Been behaving but weight not dropping as anticipated. Still any loss is good.

So happy I started losing properly again after a couple of disappointing weeks. I havenβt changed my diet or exercise so I think my metabolism must have improved instead.5 -

Hiya all, I'm Rowan. My weight has been up, down, and all over the place over the last 10 years. I gained loads during the pandemic then managed to lose over 40lbs in 2021. I regained 26lbs in 2022 by taking my eye off the ball, it really doesn't take much for me to gain weight! So back again, working on getting back to a healthy weight and building my strength and fitness.
Ideally I'd like to be below 130lbs as that was my weight in 2015 and I felt good, but I'm a lot older now and it's hard!

05/31-194.8-(Trend Weight: 194.8)-This has certainly been a disappointing month for me. So many activities and celebrations which involved all the wrong foods! I gained 2.2 lbs. in May. Today I am traveling to a new movie theater much closer to my home than we usually have to go. It is 70-75 miles away each way and it is supposed to high-tech state-of-the-art. It boasts reclining seats, built-in food trays and high tech video and sound. I canβt wait to see The Little Mermaid today! Iβm such a Disney nerd!
Every healthy habit brings me closer to scratching each of these off to NEVER see them again!
