A small gain this week but I'm really not surprised after losing more than usual for last 2 weeks in a row. This is how it seems to go lately.
Going to Boston tomorrow with my daughter and grandsons and, while I know there will be a lot of walking, I won't have time in the morning for my usual workout. We will also be eating on the fly for both lunch and dinner so my goal for the day is to eat at or below maintenance.

My first small goal is to reach 220 lbs. I have a set goal to lose 7-10 lbs. a month!
Update 5/12: I've been working out still and taking walks with my son regularly! I'm finally starting to notice that my clothes are fitting looser already! I took my measurements at the beginning of this month as well, which I will be sharing at the end of the month! Looking forward to the next weigh in! Keep up the good work guys!5 -

Well, I didn't lose, but I didn't gain either, so that's something! My clothes are fitting better, so I think I have been body recomping, as I have been weight training for a few months. I have upped my steps and included a morning walk into my routine, but have also been eating more calories, so it's giving me a good idea of what it's going to take to stay at maintenance. I really want to lose 10 more pounds, but I'm finding it hard to stay disciplined in the evenings.
