45 and healthy by genetics only- Day 2 of Diet Plan! 😀

My parents cooked healthy and I'm like a trust fund child with the genetics. I don't eat fried foods much and never season with salt. I do eat late at night and have a vicious craving for doughy sweets, cookies, honey buns with the icing etc. When I focus I lose weight quickly but since my diet is tied to emotional eating, and I am 2 years in from ending long relationship, I think mentally I am ready. I work from home so any guidance or support would be greatly appreciated and a new avenue for me. Looking forward to flexing my dad bod with these genetics. Love yall! I know it's hard but just let the mental exercises block out these cravings. We got this!!!
