Tracking food has always been a struggle, trying to recommit. Anyone out there that is willing to help by becoming friends on MFP?

You are welcome to add me .... I do track my food daily ...but I am not working out at this time ...I am having a 5th foot/leg surgery on 7/7 but I am here to help in anyway I can1 -

I'm desperate to start to find the way back again.
I lost all my weight and maintained for years, until about 15-18 months ago.
Covid and an auto immune disease have toppled me completely.
Have regained all the weight back.
I log consistently, do well during the day but evenings are my bad time.
I don't know how to add friends but would dearly love to have an accountability buddy and return the friendship.
Please consider me.
