I Keep Coming Back to My Fitness Pal

Just finished a Noom program which was very good for the psychology of eating. Now I am ready to return to My Fitness Pal due to the accountability and nutrition tracking. Premium is the way to go. If you put your money where your priorities are, it can motivate a person. Went from 279 to 216 from October 1, 2022. Hope to reach goal of 175 lbs. Still heavy for 5'5" but a far cry for my original weight of 301. I have lost 100's of lbs over the years. (Have 10 children.) This time it's permanent change I am seeking. Noom is beneficial for changing my relationship with food and recognizing and strategizes triggers but really need this to help me stay the course. If you are interested in intermittent fasting for women both pre and post menopausal read "Fast Like a Girl" by Dr. Mindy Pelz. She has many videos on You Tube and was recently featured on the channel "Diary of a CEO" on YouTube. It has really given me a strong tool for not only postmenopausal weight but the cessation of cravings and how to eat to control hunger hormones.
