New friends, motivation and strenght

Hello, I'm new to all of this even fitness and working out. I would really love if I can get any tips and motivation from anyone. My goal is to lose weight (I lost 1kg so far)

I have been on and off dieting for what feels like my entire adult life. I am here now to stop stopping! Could also use motivation friends and share tips and tricks. I am in Wisconsin, US, female, 47, and have lots of weight yet to go.1

Not sure what tips you're looking for in particular but I love me some fitness goals. Getting used to moving more, having better mobility, lifting a new pb in weightlifting, running for 20 minutes instead of 10, find the things you can be proud of to keep you going.
