I prefer bite size milk chocolate...kisses or chocolate ice cream. Just plan ahead and fit it into your daily allowance.0

Sure just eat it. Just not a lot of it. If it fits in your daily totals go for it.0

I eat unsweetened dark chocolate (See's Candy)...I work it into my meal plan and it makes me happy. :happy:0

I like Green & Black's 85% dark chocolate....I find I can eat just a square or two and be totally satisfied, whereas if I'm eating something like a milk chocolate, or even a different dark chocolate that doesn't have such a high percentage of cocoa content, I won't be satisfied as quickly and will have a more difficult time stopping at just a small portion.
I also use a chocolate flavoured whey protein powder.0 -
I keep a box of individually wrapped dark chocolate dove squares. 30 calories each. I have 1 every now and then. 30 calories is nothing and it's just enough to savor the taste, i just can't eat the whole box lol0
