Not new, but new goals

Returning to MFP after several years away with all new goals and lifestyle. I used to use MFP religiously years ago when I had an ED. Now I’m 7 years recovered, and this time I’m here to refocus on my health, eat enough (as I developed a bad habit of undereating due to ADHD meds), stay active, and especially, gain muscle and strength, as I’m back into fitness via the gym (but in a much healthier and more wholesome light). Ironically, food and exercise used to be tools of my mental illness; now they’re tools for my mental health. The better I feel physically, the better I feel mentally- they are inseparable. That’s why I’ve started to become more mindful of my eating and activity level (from a health perspective rather than an appearance one!)
Happy to be back for the right reasons.
