New to calorie deficit

Hi guys, if you have any tips how to do calorie deficit that would be great! And any tips on how to grow your booty lol.

    You input your stats, go for 1lbs a week loss and just count your calories. You're not going to grow your booty much at all if you're trying to lose weight since you need a surplus of calories to grow muscle.
