Hello new to the app! Working on getting my mind set back on track. I am 43, married and have three kids (16,14,9); had gastric sleeve done 3 years ago. Lost 100lbs but gained back some. Food addiction is real!!

    I had a sleeve done 6-7 years ago. It was the best thing I've ever done but it isn't the whole answer. I lost 150 lbs but gained most of it back after being laid off during COVID. It's work every single day but it's so worth it in the end. My kid deserves to have a parent that will ride bikes or ride roller coasters with him!

    I thought about getting a sleeve but decided I would change how I eat first. Have to do it for myself.
