    My daily nutrition goals (generic MFP)
    Calories= 1200-1300
    Carbs= 50%
    Protein= 30%
    Fat= 20%

    Losing the last 3.6 lbs to meet goal. Will likely take a little over a month.

    My thoughts?
    You have a very aggressive deficit but your macros look good to me :)

    My weight = 59 KGS (formerly 83kg) at 165 cm (5'5")

    Calories = 1850 + exercise to maintain weight, was 1400-1600 + exercise to lose.

    FAT = 50 GMS minimum, percent varies, maybe 20%-ish?
    PROTIEN = 100 GMS minimum, usually exceed, percent varies, maybe 30%-ish?
    Carbs = I don't care, varies, usually 50%-ish?

    Planning to loose 18KGS by end of December

    I'd suggest that it'd be better - easier to stick with plus fewer health risks - if you shot for losing no more than 0.5% to 1% of current weight per week, with a bias toward the lower end of that.

    I don't like time-based goals: The calendar is not a weight loss tool. I prefer process goals, such as logging every day (good, bad or indifferent), hitting calorie goal +/- 50 calories on 7-day average, getting exercise X days a week, eating 5+ servings of veggies/fruit daily - that sort of thing.

    Weight by a date isn't completely under my control (makes it hard to succeed). Process is 100% under my control. Follow a pretty-good process, get pretty-good results.

    Just my opinions, though.

    Best wishes!

    I have a high fat/high protein/low carb lifestyle.

    Daily intake ratios are generally:
    70% fat
    20-25% protein
    5-10% carbs

    I don't count calories or have minimums/maximums, they only thing I limit is grams of carbs to around 20 per day or less. Other than that, I just eat when I'm hungry and stop when I'm full.

    My weight has been going down more steadily since I raised the fat. I'm 75 lbs down now and hope to be 100 lbs down by the end of the year. Weight loss is more of a bonus though, what I'm really focused on are things like blood sugar, inflammation, blood pressure, cholesterol, etc.

    I don't have an end goal-- I wanna just see where my body settles & is healthy & comfortable.

    I weigh 228lbs currently

    Calories: 2100
    Protein: 30%
    Fat: 30%
    Carbs: 40%

    Losing around 1.5-2lbs a week currently.

    As long as your deficit isn't too crazy, you should be fine. I try not to go much lower than 20% less than my maintenance calorie level.
