1 whole egg w/ 3 eggs at minimum each morning.

Scrambled light. Medium Boiled. Hard boiled. Made into a salad. Omelettes. Served benedict. Mixed. Fried. Overmedium. Ppached. In souffles. In quiches. In Fritatas. ..... I like eggs.

Although- i dont care about cholesterel myths. I usually only eat the whites, or like 3 whites to one yolk. Of course if i eat them over medium, i eat the yolk.

Since im just eating whites, I might eat like 3-4. if i eat the yolks probably 1-2.

When I have some time in the morning, I like to make this breakfast:
<img src="http://photos-ssl.myfitnesspal.com/images/photos/503/578/38503578_6926.jpg">

Two scrambled eggs (I throw them in my small blender with less than 1/4 cup of milk & a dash of chili powder), served over polenta & topped with salsa. Sometimes I'll serve on top of black beans instead of polenta.

I love eggs. I eat them a few times a week trying to mix it up a little between hard boiled, scrambled, fried or creating my own way of cooking them. Last week I made breakfast muffins using eggs, sausage, tomatoes and cheese. They were yummy! Have a blessed day!

One or two eggs a day, in all forms. One of my favorite but uncommon ways to eat them is poached over sauted kale or spinach. I bring the kale cooked to work, crack an egg over it and microwave for one minute. yummmm

1 whole egg + 1/3 c egg whites, scrambled. I started doing it this way b/c it fit my macros better, but now I actually prefer them in taste, too.

2 eggs over medium if I'm eating out, scrambled if I'm eating in, probably 4-5 days a week. Good cholesterol levels here, too. Exercise made the biggest difference in cholesterol.

I do have a question about scrambling eggs. Does anyone besides me break a whole egg or two into the pan (with less than a tsp of butter) and break up and cooks the whites and yolks separately before scrambling them together? That's how my mom taught me and it's the reason I don't eat scrambled eggs in restaurants - I like to know it is a whole egg from a shell, not a scoop of goop.

1-3 several times a week. However since my calorie limit is low, I have been substituting egg whites for anything over 1 egg per day. Egg whites are fat free and lower cal and get me closer to my protein goal. I don't worry about cholesterol since mine runs 140-160 total no matter how much meat or eggs I consume. I typically eat them cooked over medium in a non-stick pan sprayed with pam, or cook them in a nonstick pan sprayed with pam as an omelet with fat free feta cheese. Very low calorie (with the egg whites) and lots of yummy protein.

2-3/day. I just had 2 hard boiled for my lunch with chopped avocado and chopped tomato topped with crumbled bacon---one of my faves!! Sometimes scrambled but mostly omelettes with cheese and veggies.

over easy with paprika and black pepper and toast for dunking.
or, a good scramble or omelette with cheese, mushrooms, and green onions or chives.
or, on a breakfast sandwich with sausage.

...just yummy no matter what I guess. :-)
