    We are going to our 55th HS graduation reunion tomorrow. Actually, it is a multi-class reunion 60-69. We graduated in 68 so we will be the second youngest year group there. My wife and I graduated from the same class so it will be double fun catching up with our classmates. Lots of fun, food, drink and celebration to do.

    I suspect Oct 15 will not be a good weigh-in??????

    @theresab88 My chances of being in a restaurant and avoiding the rolls, the appetizer and the dessert are about the same odds as me winning that big lotto. Good job Theresa!

It seems Iโ€™m reaching my carb limits (diabetic diet) and getting in my healthy fats (better for my heart condition), but canโ€™t seem to get the calories just right (weight loss plan). Itโ€™s hard to coordinate the 3 diets. Iโ€™m not choosing proper earlier in the day I think and that leaves me trying to piece it together at night. Itโ€™s really important I mind the carbs/diabetes so once I hit those numbers Iโ€™m pretty much struggling for enough calories without going WAY over carbs. Last night I added more nuts and white cheese but I was still shy due to my fats going through the roof. Better planning is in the works! Tonight is my DGSโ€™s school concert so my son & I (the autistic one) plan on meeting my ex-hubby for dinner beforehand and then we will all attend the concert together. That will be nice for my son (Johnny) for sure. I am going to make today my higher calorie day and make sure I get those calories in today before my progress slows way down. Itโ€™s a slippery slope. Like walking on a tight rope. If I go over on fat or carbs Iโ€™m not going to panic. I seriously need those calories.


    10/12-185.0-(Trend Weight 186.6)- The scale is up from my zig-zag experiment and is expected. Yesterday was my highest day on the schedule and I did go over by quite a bit but I know I didnโ€™t eat 7000 extra calories so I am okay with this. Honestly, I needed the extra calories as my week had been sketchy and difficult to manage my macros properly. This is likely fluid retention from dinner out yesterday before the school concert, glycogen refilling somewhat and no TMI for 2 days causing some pretty bad low lower stomach cramping and labor type pains. I can feel the inflammation there. Noon dismissal today and tomorrow for DGS (kindergarten) so Iโ€™ll be meeting the bus and babysitting. I donโ€™t feel up for it though. Honestly, I just want to stay in my nightgown all day.

Have had so many problems with my gallbladder - had it removed about a year ago along with 32 stones from my bile duct...but have had reoccurring stones...Choledocholithiasis off and on since...well I couldn't stop throwing up on Saturday and was rushed in for an ERCP procedure to remove more stones - this is the third time this year - but this time I had no warning signs...so done with my body...was home Sunday but not much help for dinner...my husband and kids did it all...with some direction ;);)

    Although I honestly should just stick to maintaining till I'm off Tamoxifen...just too hard to lose...but it's hard to accept maintaining in my head :(

    Jumped on the scales this morning before taking off to travel to our 55 HS reunion. In HS I wrestled at the 130 Lb weight class for 4 years (9-12 grade). I was also 5'6" now I'm 5'4". Now I could wrestle in the light/heavyweight class, Ha! I also figure I'm not getting too heavy, I'm getting too short.

    October 2: 137.0 I logged ๐Ÿ‘ Wow, my weight can really spike up quickly. On Sept 30 I was 134.8. Now 2.2 lbs higher. But this is not a surprise. On Sept 30 my mom took me out to lunch; and the mac & cheese was sooooo bad. I just had to go home and make mac & cheese to go with dinner, the proper way, with all the butter and flour and cream cheese and buttery bread crumb topping. And I ate too much of that mac & cheese. And then yesterday we had a long party with friends, and there was a ton of great food & wine. So I overdid it there. So, now back to the plan. My goal is to get back at daily logging & daily meeting my calorie goal, AND to drink lots of water. Cycle day 1 should be right about now too, so the weight could stay here or go up again. Just going to get back to the plan and try to stick with it from here!

I never believed I could run for 3 minutes straight, so this is a huge improvement. Hopefully I won't wake up sick or something (there is sickness going through the house.)

Yesterday was my highest day on the schedule and I did go over by quite a bit but I know I didnโ€™t eat 7000 extra calories so I am okay with this. Honestly, I needed the extra calories as my week had been sketchy and difficult to manage my macros properly. This is likely fluid retention from dinner out yesterday before the school concert, glycogen refilling somewhat and no TMI for 2 days causing some pretty bad low lower stomach cramping and labor type pains. I can feel the inflammation there. Noon dismissal today and tomorrow for DGS (kindergarten) so Iโ€™ll be meeting the bus and babysitting. I donโ€™t feel up for it though. Honestly, I just want to stay in my nightgown all day.

    10/13-185.4-(Trend Weight 186.4)- Iโ€™ll attribute my uptick to no TMI now x 3. Took some stool softeners yesterday but they have not helped produce. Lower tummy still hurting in spurts. I donโ€™t really feel that I ate anything differently prior to the onset. I know I was low on water so I will try to drink that down today again. Itโ€™s another cold fall day here. Gloomy with some rain expected again. Iโ€™ll have to fit in some indoor exercising again. Babysitting my DGS so I guess how much exercise I get in will be up to him.
