Cutting Fat?

I am currently 6ft, 194lbs and am going to the gym at least 4 times a week to lift weights. I don’t really have a belly but there is a decent layer of fat on my lower torso that I want to get rid of. I am currently on a 2,200 cal a day plan and I’m looking for tips on how to start improving.
Also forgot to mention that I play soccer so a good chunk of my weight can be accounted for by my lower body muscle.

    How much soccer? You may need to just eat a little less to achieve a little more fat loss. Or just be really patience on the plan you're on now.
