I’m new here!

Hey everyone! My name is Andra and I m new here. I downloaded the app because I am not happy with how do I look at the moment. I am 22 years old, 167cm height and 64kg. I wanna lose around 7-8 kilos. Does anyone has some advice for a beginner in this healthy lifestyle regarding exercise & food? Since I love food I think it will be a bit crazy to check out my calories every day. Thanks in advance :)
