Hello everyone!

Hi everyone! I’m Eeco (40) and new to MFP but since a couple of years daily active at the gym. I do a combination of cardio & strength training. 1,5 years ago I stopped smoking and also lost 11 pounds. As a musician I mainly sit the whole day so with the help of MFP I can focus on my daily exercises and nutritions. I’m a open minded, kind, funny but determined person so feel free to connect in any way! I hope everyone is having an amazing and productive day 😊💪
