Hi all, I’m new to my fitnes pal. I’m a serial dieter. Over the years I’ve tried everything and it’s never really worked. Some short term gains for sure but I’ve had some heavy financial losses with all the fads long the way!! I want to go back to basics with MFP. I m lactose and dairy intolerant. If anyone has got any nice breakfast and lunch ideas I’d love to hear them.

There's a lot of great resources here. The deal is though, you have to stick to it. You have to build habits. There's no endpoint.

I'm also lactose and dairy intolerant. Found this out later in life the hard way! lol
I eat eggs in the morning. Works for me...
