So far in the last 2 weeks I’ve lost 6 lbs. I’ve cut carbs , eating more vegetables and fruits . I am horrible at running but started to jog two weeks ago and I have not only started a mile nonstop everyday during my lunch, today I hit 7 miles . I see more flab but hope other chocolate fiends or beer drinking people know that we can change our habits . I have two jobs and even if I’m at home . I’ve been doing weights or semi pushups , it all adds up .
