I just Started my fitness journey

I just started my journey, i’m currently around 60kg but i want to get down to 55 at least because i feel like i am a bit overweight, some advice someone that is getting progress can give me?. I’m trying to stay on a calorie deficit but it is very complicated 😭

What is making it complicated for you: Cravings? Your family situation? Something else? Some kind of difficulty logging food?
I think most people here would like to help new folks to succeed. I know I would. But I don't know how to answer a question as general as "can someone that is getting progress give advice".
Using MFP, I lost from class 1 obese to a healthy weight back in 2015-16, which was 50-ish pounds (around 23 kg) of loss. I've stayed at a healthy weight since. Before 2015, I had been overweight/obese for around 3 decades. Before that, in my late 40s/early 50s, I went from a very sedentary life and a very physically depleted state (after cancer treatment) to competing as an athlete in my 50s. Change is possible, I believe. It's also IME a huge quality of life improvement to get fitter and reach a healthy weight.
