    5/10 216.2 today's weight filed under "things I don't understand". Yesterday was quite a bit over calories. I took my husband for a medical appointment. He wanted breakfast afterwards... I didn't do terribly at breakfast but I worked the remainder of the day at home. Weather was gloomy and I just kept eating...wasn't hungry....cashews, cookies, protein stick, chicken bites, chocolate. It's like my mouth just needed something to do. I guess it will all show up tomorrow. 💧🚶🏽
    5/11 216.8 🍎✅💧🚶🏽I'll take it. I did have a couple of cocktails last night but still within calorie range. Dinner out tonight so that will be challenging.
    5/12 DNW Dinner was awesome (there was bread, and where there's bread, there's butter!) and I'm sure the scale went up but it was worth it!🙂 ✅💧🚶🏽

    @quiltingjaine When we have pasta at home, we use red lentil or black bean pasta, but restaurants…. I had planned to get something without pasta, but the primavera was singing to me. 😊

    @SheilaBoneham - I have to admit, I've never heard of red lentil or black bean pasta. We've been experimenting with no-wheat options when baking, with pasta, etc. Where do you buy your red lentil or black bean pasta?

    @_JeffreyD_ It’s downright rude of them to present cookies first thing! At least the other cookies I would be able to dump them in the trash!

    Well my informal survey results don’t reveal much. At first I thought app users were getting the preference thing but not browser users but it’s a mixed result. It is annoying and along with that, TWC changed their app so I have to figure out how to get the information that used to just pop up. I’m ready to resign from the world. It 74 I do not embrace all of this technology.

    On top of that, I have forgotten about the Northern Lights and gone to bed at a reasonable hour. Maybe tonight? Can they overpower the lights of Las Vegas?

    5/7 134.0 slept poorly last night, h/a most of the day yesterday and still this morning. I plan to fast until lunch with friends.
    5/8 134.0 Didn’t eat anything after lunch yesterday, only ate 1/2 of burger on sourdough and a few fries, just drank water - lots of water. Going to help DD at the school library today.
