Determind to maintain healthy and well

I'm new here, I had weight loss surgery a year ago and lost 120 pounds. I have been pregant and just gave birth 9 days ago and would love to kick start the healthy living again. I maintained weight loss during pregancey, not on purpose just how my body wanted to handle the change. I need to lose 40 more pounds to be accepted for skin removal surgery. The extra skin is causing real medical issues and barriers to my health I would love motivation and help managing stress on my journey. I have an abundance of stress and need skills to keep making healthy choices.
