You are doing great @shanaber ! Happy Birthday Hobbes! Time sure does fly.

Nice long run @VO2Maxlet and great end to June. Hopefully you'll get used to easier runs and they won't feel so hard for you to maintain. Have you ever read "80/20 Running" by Matt Fitzgerald? He thinks 80% of your runs should be easy and 20% speed work. Look him up if you haven't. It's a good book.

Good job with your running @chris_in_cal . Be careful in the heat and take a break if you are feeling like it's too much. NO shame in that. Congrats on beating your goal.

Great running and other exercises too @mari333a !

@VO2Maxlet Adopting a Z2 training schedule is smart with such a big increase in volume. Hopefully that does the trick in balancing out the fatigue and getting you to the starting line healthy

Congrats on the 10K @steviebee888! The medal is really pretty.

@ContraryMaryMary Enjoy your trip! Welcome to my world. Minus the beach. I mean, if I’m going to get that level of heat and worse humidity I feel like I should also get a beach to lounge on afterwards!
