Hey all
36-year-old female. 5'3 1/2 - 160 lbs.
so a little background on myself. I was skinny as a rail (even after two kids) until I hit 28/29.

The doctor had me try different BC methods and I think it threw my hormones off.
When I was 32 I looked at the scale and I was 160 pounds and I had to do something about it. Ate right, worked out, stuck to it and I got down to 125 in about 5 months and I kept it that way for awhile until we had a few life events happen – living in a camper with no running water makes cooking hard – lots of take out and over a year I put allllllllllll the weight back on.

We now are back in a house and made the basement a gym complete with treadmill, elliptical, tonal, weights, punching bags and I can not for the life of me get motivated. I start and do great for about 2-3 weeks and then go right back to being lazy.
I need someone to motivate me – I’m a competitive person so I need someone that’s going to give me a run for my money (literally lol)
If its you please help me.
