I have slowly been gaining weight, up to 88kg or 194lbs. I cycle a lot and it lures you into thinking you eat and drink whatever you want. A slight reduction in availability to go cycling ( due to caring duties,) as led to a slow increase.

The aim is to lose 10kg in 6 weeks using fast800 diet then switch to 5:2.

So far 2.5kg in 8 days ( a 100 mile helped kick it off though I did carb up before riding that far)
