Add "Medical Conditions" to help tailor nutrients.

Certain conditions require less or more of certain nutrients that might be considered abnormal for most but necessary for some. I.e. POTS and Sodium. Someone with pots might need to consume more salt than what's healthy for others. There are other conditions that impact the diet that MyFitnessPal might flair despite it being needed. Essentially another step in the profile creation/nutrient breakdown.

MFP will probably never give nutrient goals for medical conditions: that's a huge liability. You can customize your micronutrient goals though, if your doctor has given specific goals.2
