Introduction

I’m not new to this app but i am new to this community. I am a big fan of this app and tracking your food, exercise and sleep. Currently, I am on weight loss mode. I reached my goal then went on a cruise and couldn’t get back into my routine. I am a newly retired nurse and know the importance of exercise and diet whether one is trying to lose weight or not. I have only been back on here a couple of days so I’m mostly focused on tracking my intake so i can get back into the routine. Still trying to figure out how to use this forum.
