New here. Looking for some good advice

I’m a 26 year old male. 5’7 220 lbs and I’m trying to lose at least 25 lbs. I’m addicted to fast food and sweetened teas. I don’t know anything about how to cook and I live a sedentary lifestyle working 32 hours a week as a security officer. I plan to get a gym membership. I suffer from chronic gastritis and GERD so I’ve cut out cokes and alcohol completely, but still continue to gain weight especially with a low metabolism. I cut out cokes and alcohol because they burn my stomach now. I think my biggest problem is not getting enough of healthy carbs and too much fat. I’m not a dietitian so idk. I really want to reach my goal weight of 191 lbs because that at least puts me in the overweight category. Anyways, that’s all I had to say about myself and what’s going on in my life.Any advice or suggestions are appreciated.
