I'm joining this group a little late. I'm finding I'm really enjoying being accountable in these threads so I am spreading myself out further. I am currently on WW and loving it. I am seeing progress and don't feel deprived. I am getting married early November so I would like to shed some weight before that. I already have my dress, it was a snug fit before I lost the 17 pounds so there should be a little more room there now. If I have to take it in before the wedding then I will. I am off work right now with a shoulder injury so the only exercise I can do is walking, which is fine. I walk my dog everyday which has been great.

Discipline is the key : Learning a new language, keeping the house clean, maintaining a routine for my babies, being prolific at work.
I'll be keeping the 10:14 intermitent fasting, and I'm going to commit to doing daily yoga. I'll need to find a time during the day or the evening, but it is required. I'll take it one day at a time, tracking everything in the bullet journal.

Today is another bbq party day
I plan to be half good, but need to have some fun too.
I know the last one last week really threw a wrench into the ole scale gears.
All my t- shirts are fitting nice again
And tried on a pair of special of work pants that never fit, but today I was able to get that button closed, still a little tight on the waist only.

Cycle start in there, and it's just been a hard week -- I didn't get to work out Wednesday or Thursday, and it wasn't just the weight it affected, but my mood. I was able to walk 2+ miles on the treadmill last night though. I'll do it today too.

@dannytrees1 Sometimes (not always though), that weight loss begins to slow after the initial burst -- it really depends what a person is doing for exercise, types of food consumed, etc. But even if slow, slow and steady will get you there. And you're doing great, by the way. β¨3 -

So I've been in Spain for vacay since August 1 and I enjoyed myself and didn't think about weightloss. Weight today is 211, about the same as when I left.2

Just checking in. Was at a horse event over the weekend and was blissfully out of cell service range and in the mountains riding/camping. Rode in an endurance race (25 miles). Very body sore and tired .Likely going to see a jump when I weigh in tomorrow morning due to the water retention from the hard physical effort. Stay tuned.

Have upped the number of weights sessions per week to four plus a climb and realising I am hungry most of the time. Feel like Iβm stuck between wanting to lose another couple of cm from my waist so I can fit easily into my smart black trousers but needing to eat enough to fuel the weights sessions so need to work on that. Possibly a timing issue but I find it difficult to eat in the mornings so most of my calories are post 7 p.m.
Over the weekend, the penny has finally dropped that salty snacks/pizza with wine = an attack of acid reflux. Friday nights will never be the same again (although Iβm not giving up the wine!).

8/12-195.1- As I mentioned yesterday, I had a tough physically demanding weekend. I ate a few things like white bread hamburger /hot dog buns that might not have helped but I think /hope the gain is the muscle soreness/water retention. I definitely seem to go up on the scale everytime my muscles get sore. This seems like a big jump though.. Last week's loss was due to no appetite for three days due to the GLP-1 meds so I don't know if I am stalled out or just a mix of issues happening.
I am hoping today I will just do a nice 2 mile walk and drinking alot of water

@dannytrees1 Enjoy the woodsplitting. Snow shoveling is my aerobic activity of choice, but not a lot of that in the summer, LOL.
@kellyswimmer Sending good energy. I hope things with the dog continue to improve. To take some stress off of you, don't consider it a bad month -- just understand this is what it is now. You are still monitoring your progress, you're still checking in here -- right now you are rightfully focused where you need to be, and doing what you can weight-wise.
@HappyDonkey75 I hope things even out and you are starting to feel better. Maybe it was a few things hitting all at once. Hopefully the GLP-1 meds are helping overall though!

**** managed to take a 3.5 mile walk and did a few SIT cycles of a jog to spike my heart rate for 1 minute intervals. It was a a struggle with how sore I was but I thought it might help flush some built up lactic acid out. I did feel less sore afterwards and better today /

I sure would like this number to be below 190 right now.. feeling pretty impatient with things today but I am also working off of about 3.5 hours of sleep)
Sleep is another area I am working on sorting out. I function best with about 8-9 hrs of sleep but I mostly only get about 6 hrs. I have had some issues with insomnia that has started since the GLP meds. I wake up like clock work between 2-3 am . I can't always get back to sleep. last night was one of those nights.
