My name is Donna. I am 64 years old and I live in the Midwest of the US. I am 5β 5β tall. My highest weight was 253 in 2016. My MFP start weight was 235 in 2018.

Goal Weight: 186.0 (4 pound loss)

Weight lost/gained this month: 3.6 lbs Gained

09/29-193.6-(Trend Weight: 193.6)- DD and DGS has been at my house since Wednesday. Her ice cream got hold of me or was it the other way around? 2 days of delights does nothing for the hips! Clearly Iβll show a gain this month. Things could have been different.
09/30-193.6-(Trend Weight: 193.8)- I gained 3.6 lbs this month and am not proud of it. Iβve got to make October a banner month. I know I can do better than this. See you in October.
Every healthy habit brings me closer to scratching each of these off to NEVER see them again!

I'm Chris - 74 year old female...5'5" ...I used to be 5'7" but arthritis hit and I lost two inches, so now that two inches is squished around my waist like the billows of a big accordion...
...Oh, well. I'll just keep working on it.
My husband and I are retired.
I see my trainer for 60 mins three days a week and try to walk the other four days. The walking doesn't always work out.

Total loss for September: Well what do you know? I ended my "month" just a little lighter than I started. Less than a pound, but it's a lot better than continuing those annoying gains. I am down almost a pound from last week. Maybe I've turned the bus around!
