Hello, new on the block

Hello all, I've used the free version of MFP quite a long time ago. Have been working out at home for years with YouTube vidoes and other home programs. Also got some injuries along the way as I've gotten older. Re-tuning things at 54. Just finished about 2 years of intense rehab for my back and starting to move like a normal human again.
Looking to lose about 10-15 pounds and get stronger and leaner.
Does anyone have recommendations for programs with simple exercises and progressions with home equipment? (I work really long hours so limited to about 30 minutes at a time.)
