I'm new to this forum, but have been using the myfitnesspal app for about two years. It's great and has really helped me stay on track with my diet and nutrition. Back in August 2023, I woke up in hospital after collapsing at home. They did every kind of test known, thinking I'd had a stroke. Turned out to be a TIA. Made a decision there and then to make radical changes. I quit drinking (been tea-total ever since), joined a gym which I visit almost daily, and saw a sports physiologist and nutrition consultant to teach me what I needed to learn. I lost 20 kg in nine moths, and have kept it off while adding lean muscle. I want to put on more muscle (naturally), and would welcome any advice and tips. I suspect I'm overtraining, or at least not getting enough rest days - what can I say? I love lifting! Have a great day everyone and God bless you all.
