First time using this app! A week strong and staying in a deficit. Not the chunkiest but just trying to thin out before next summer! Does anyone have any tips on how to workout without going to the gym? (Hella gym anxiety over here haha) I’ve been walking 3 miles a day and that seems to be helping but kinda wanna work on some strength training! Thanks 😄
