Newbie here...

Hello, everyone! I'm two weeks in and down 4.5 pounds. I've tried counting calories before but it seems to be working better for me this time. My biggest struggle is the creamer I put in my coffee. I LOVE THE STUFF but I am hating the amount of calories in it. Perhaps my 2025 cruise to Greece and Croatia is providing the incentive-I want to be able to walk those hills without people being concerned for my welfare. LOL!! I'd be happy with another 10 pound loss but 15 would be even better.
