Hi! Just dropping a quick message. I’m so happy to be here and reading your messages gives me great hope to be able to rid myself of the weight and gain muscle tone like you are, too. Thank you for sharing your experiences!!!

    Hello, and welcome!

    You absolutely can lose weight and improve fitness: If a hedonistic aging hippie flake like me can do it, I think most anyone can. ;) MFP helped me reach a healthy weight (over 8 years ago now, hard to believe) and stay there since. Finding fun (or at least tolerable and practical) exercise is the equation for muscle tone and general fitness, I think.
