    I'm Chris - 74 year old female...5'5" ...I used to be 5'7" but arthritis hit and I lost two inches, so now that two inches is squished around my waist like the billows of a big accordion...
    ...Oh, well. I'll just keep working on it.
    My husband and I are retired.
    I see my trainer for 60 mins three days a week and try to walk the other four days. The walking doesn't always work out.

    10/01-193.6-(Trend Weight: 193.8)- I’m stalled today on the numbers, but looking back I seem to be hovering around these same numbers for a good two weeks now. It’s time to get serious and put a dent into it. I’d like to be back in the 180’s by the end of October. Time to have a good month. Let’s do it!

    I had major surgery at the end of September, which of course came with a bit of weight gain due to fluid retention. My goal is to slowly get back to the weight I was just before the surgery (188.4 lbs) but not lose any more weight until the end of the year, in order to give myself time and energy to heal fully. Doctor’s orders :)

    Hi everyone! :) My name is Dianna, and I'm new to this challenge. I'm hesitant to join as I've joined and failed so many of these types of challenges in the past. I'm a yo-yo dieter, as is evidenced by my starting weight with MFP, and my current weight (with lots of fluctuations in between). I really want to be done with all that!!

    I'm looking to eventually lose 30-40 pounds of fat, but for this Fall challenge, I think I'll shoot for 10 :wink:
