    @Elbee1 I've been going in the wrong direction for a while, too. I sat down earlier this month and wrote out a plan on how to get back on track, and I'm seeing the results now. You got this, today is a great day to make a new plan if you so choose!

    I am back on my plans, but my resistance to snacking is down right now. My issues of late have to do with anxiety & not getting enuf sleep. I’m still motivated & do have a plan. I need to work on it a little more & do some adjusting.

    @Elbee1 You’re welcome 🤗 Anxiety + sleep deprivation is a tough combo, may you find peace and rest again soon! I like the Sleep with Me podcast for when I need a friend in the deep dark night (or anytime my mind won’t settle down). Even my cat used to love listening to Scooter during car trips to the vet. Maybe you’d find him soothing too. The podcast is on Spotify and possibly other platforms too, not sure.
