In 2022 I went on a 2 yearish journey with weight loss. I lost 70 lb and was happy with where I was at around 130. I started a new job at work. I was on my feet all day before, exercising normally. Now my new job has me behind a desk tied to it where I need to be near my phone. less moving and stopped going to the gym. Like this since April of 2024. I recently got back into the gym eating healthy BUT I did not lose the weight like before. What can I do? I do go for a 30-minute walk when it is nice out during my lunchtime. Trying to be motivated to go to the gym after work. 5/6 days a week what can I do to get help me lose weight while sitting at my desk at work all-day?
