Hi, I’m really motivated to get stronger and fitter, along with healthier food choices. I know I can do it, I just seem to self sabotage when I get to a certain weight? Why you ask? I’m not sure, any advice would be greatly appreciated, and your support along the way will keep me motivated and accountable. Thanks for reading 😊

I think I do that as well. I can encourage you on your journey, I will need it too. I cant help with the sabotauge part too much. But i see i have alot of work to do on eating oroperly with ballance. I have alot of fat intake i need to trim off which may be part of my overall weight issues. Hopefully we can lift each other up as we travel towards being healthier. I don't have a workout buddy0
