Taking health seriously and looking for mates

28 year old dude from the uk here. Looking to genuinely build a friendship with one or two folks.

Absolutely love having a laugh and not taking things too seriously, but unfortunately that has tipped to the extreme side of things and after previously being very fit, I am now overweight due to lack of accountability and not taking my health serious enough!

Bonus if you A. Enjoy comedy and B. Are a dude with a girlfriend that my own gf can maybe build a friendship with also.
